Hello!, and thanks in advance for looking at my Profile.
Male, born in Central America, working in the US w/ awork visa
GMAT : 710 (v36 q50) bad news here is a got a 1 in IR.... had a massive migraine, concerned about how this will impact my application
Undergraduate: Top state school in Texas, Econ/Finance major. GPA 3.2
Current: Experience: Currently working in financial services (think GS/JPM/MS) in their private equity arm. 6 years experience
Extra curricular - Leadership positions n Hispanic/Latino associations. Mentor to hispanic college kids and also collaborate with an on camps organization
Target Schools: HBS, Wharton, Haas, GSB, Booth
Biggest concern is the IR 1. I would take the gmat again but truly think I over performed and will not get above a 700, plus I dont have that much time to make R1 apps. How concerned should I be about the IR 1?

you should be concerned about the 1 in IR.
usually, schools don't care too much about the IR, as long as it is above 4. 1 is a real problem.
Sorry, but if you are aiming for a top school, you should take the GMAT again (and miss R1 and score 700. that is still better than the current situation)
