Question

1) For the past 4 years, I have worked across multiple sites at Google, managing operations, financial planning, budgeting, quality, vendor management and sustainability. My primary responsibilities included conducting research for procuring new products, interfacing with multiple vendors, and creating proposals and cost comparisons for stakeholders and clients.
2) GMAT score- 720(94%), V-36(80%), Q-50(86%), IR-8(91%)
3) GLA university, 7.67 (10), B.tech-Mechanical engineering
4) -In 2016, my friend and I decided to bicycle around Delhi to create awareness and raise funds for protection of women. We travelled 200 km, covering almost 100 villages and raised around 20K, which were then donated to non-government organisations working for women protection around Delhi
-Recently, due to the Covid pandemic I got plenty of free time as most of us were working from home and being a first hand witness and victim of this virus I realised that I should contribute to the society and got myself involved with a NGO (Canwin) dedicated towards organizing camps and spreading awareness especially in rural areas 
- In the year 2018, I founded my start-up that is dedicated to make the availability of books and other school products entirely hassle-free and I have been regularly visiting educational organizations in rural areas to donate books and stationaries to the less privileged students

1) No second thoughts on work experience, working for Google with diverse experience in multiple domain is more than excellent. 
2) Having a balanced GMAT will be helpful during your post-MBA placements. 720 Is a decent score for your targeted schools. Although your target range should be 730 or above for the above-listed schools, it is do-able with your profile.
3) GPA score is slightly below the average of the B schools class profile. Need to be addressed with a good reason.
4) EC's are very perfectly taken care of. 
The overall profile looks a very decent chance of admits to most of the schools in your list. But since your looking to get into management consulting, adding some schools list inclining to your goals should be a better idea.
