I have a GMAT score of 750, I got 6.9/10 CGPA in my under grad B.Tech. I have 9 yrs of work ex that includes working as an analyst, co-founding consulting firm, working for a US HQ startup with a successful exit, etc. Can I get into top 10 B-schools?

Your profile looks good on the surface. Your GMAT is strong, and it will compensate for your low undegrad scores. The highlighting part of your profile is your work experience. You will need to dig out the most amazing Unique selling point about you (which doesn't necessarily be from your professional life), which will make up for your spike factor.
