Thank you for sharing this information. It sounds like you have good work experience, but almost too much experience for most traditional MBA programs. You're at the very top of the age bracket, even for ISB Hyderbad. That being said, if you can exceed a 700 on the GMAT, it is probably worth giving it a shot. Your ECs are good, but maybe consider seeking ways to demonstrate leadership within them, most specifically in activities where you help underserved populations.
It's hard to give an accurate sense of your chances without a GMAT score, and given your age, it's a little more unpredictable. I would say ISB Hyderbad would be a reasonable target. You may also consider some of the middle tier US schools like Owen, Carlson, Goizueta... (T20-30).

I am an Indian male with a non-engineering background.
Age: 32
GMAT: Planning to take the GMAT in April, target score 700+
Under graduation: Bachelor in Hospitality, Graduated with distinction.
WE: 9years at a Leading hospitality chain. Started in the management as operations manager and rose to the ranks of Director of room division and lead pre opening of multiple hotel operations and its development from scratch.
EC: Currently pursuing digital marketing from ISB Hyderabad it's a 10-week module, Certified CPR expert and first aider, I have been educating folks at work and we also conduct workshops teaching people life-saving skills in case of critical emergencies.
I also run an f1 sports streaming platform with my friends on youtube with over 50k subscribers
Post-MBA goal: General Management, Consulting, Ops Development
Planning to apply in R1 this year.
Target schools: ISB Hyderabad ( i need help with my target colleges as well I am an applicant with no tech or finance background ) this is the only college I have come across soo far with alumni from similar hospitality backgrounds, would love to know my options
Would like to understand what are my chances and if I should consider applying to any other school.
