Thanks for your post. It sounds like you have some good work experience and extracurriculars under your belt. Your role at Amazon will help, since a position at such a reputable company lends itself to your success. Of course, you will also have to show how you specifically have been successful and demonstrated leadership here. It is also great to see that you have started to think through and define your short/long-term goals.
How many times have you sat for the GMAT? While your undergrad GPA is strong, securing a stronger GMAT will give you a competitive edge that you did not previously have.
Rotman will provide the top opportunities across Canada, so if that is your goal then go for it. The school is a great choice for management consulting and finance, though of course, they span beyond this as well.

GMAT - 640
GPA - 3.7
Work ex- Working in Amazon since September 2019. Joined as a support role, got promoted to AWS (Amazon Web Services) in April 2022 and now I deal with clients across the globe with issues pertaining to their AWS accounts.
(Total experience by September 2023 will be 4 years)
Extracurricular- Worked actively with underprivileged kids dealing with drug abuse throughout my college as Center Head for Prayas shelter home and I assigned roles and activities to my college mates under the "Leaders for Tomorrow" group.
Also, I have gained a little following on social media pertaining to men's fashion and clothing. I sell clothing items, especially shirts that I design myself, my niche is LGBTQ+ as I am a member of the community myself.
Short-term goals - To work as a Retail Scaling Manager at Amazon after my MBA.
Long Term goal- To start an online business for clothing for men in the LGBTQ+ community and eventually expand the business globally.
Dream college - Rotman
