Look man, this is your dream, this is the ONLY place you are gonna to apply to. So you are gonna get in! It's just a question of how and when.

Now as others have said, and rightly your profile is STRONG. Between Military, management and your strong academics you are starting off very well.

But I DO think its good that you are retaking your GMAT. As you are ONLY applying here you want to be on the better end of that range if you can. So kick ass on that test. You have enough time, and enough time to then apply to Austin.

One tip for you and once piece of advice:
Tip: In your profile make it ABUNDANTLY clear that "Austin is the ONLY program I am applying to, and if I get accepted I will 100% attend" Write it in an essay. I've had two clients be in similar situations before (i.e. only applying to ONE school with less than spectacular stats, and both wrote this truthfully and got accepted)

Advice: If you are doing a career switch to Energy work hard to explain them why and make it have sense in your goals essay.

Best of luck to ya!
