You are building a strong profile. Not sure why you think 2 years in MC will strengthen your profile more than 2 additional years of W/E at Google, which certainly gives you a more distinctive profile than an MC applicant. Regarding your chances at the "M7," your community involvement profile seems solid, your work experience seems distinctive, you have a strong international profile, and outstanding numbers, but I'm not sure I see enough raw leadership to make you competitive at the very top schools. So my advice would be to inventory your work and non-work leadership experiences, and look for ways to ramp those up in the coming months. Another action item would be to begin networking with students, alums, and adcoms at these schools.

Regarding the last part of your advice - what is the purpose of networking with students/alums? What should I keep in mind?
I've been talking to a handful of mba grads from work to gain some insight into their experience at b-school.
& also, what do you mean by networking with adcom? Attending the informational sessions and leaving a good impression?
Lastly, do you think Kellogg is a target or reach school for me?
