Profile evaluation - 690 GMAT, 12 yrs work ex

Hi,
Can you please help me in choosing the schools where I have a healthy chance to get selected. I am specially interested in some of the 1 year programs in Europe.
However, I am open for any 2 year programs in US also in case the programs in Europe are out of my reach. Also, it would be great if you can suggest some safe schools in US or in Europe.

Demographics:
34 year old indian male, married with 2 kids.
Work Experience:
Currently working in a large multinational bank as an IT architect. I have more than 12 years experience. Started off as a software developer and am currently leading a multi year multi million dollar ERP implementation. I can get good recommendation letters from senior leaders, VP and directors as I have worked closely with them.
I can show a good career progression and can quote large number of leadership positions.
Other than work, I have moderate experience with social sector. Usual stuff like secretary of the residents welfare association and leading some of the good citizenship work in office. I have also been associated with a Non profit organization and can get a good recommendation from the CEO of the organization.
Academics:
I completed my engineering with decent marks of 8.7 out of 10. In my college the scoring system is a 10 point system.
Career Ambition:
Chief Technology Officer of a large organization. Alternatively, start my own venture.
