You're on the fence for all of them - you have a shot at getting into any of them, but given how tough this year has been, I would probably hedge my bets - there's guys like you who get in, but also plenty that get dinged - biggest risk for you is getting lost in the shuffle at these schools that will see many applicants who are similar in overall caliber. Apply for those schools you listed in R3.

Thanks for the reply Alex. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I am open to most of the east coast. Do you any have suggestions for round 3 schools with my profile and desired path

No idea. Figure out what jobs/employers you want to work at on the east coast. Then pick schools where they recruit.
