Below is a quick overview of my profile.
Indian Female with 3 years of work experience.
GMAT: 760 (Q: 50 V: 45 AWR: 5 IR: 4)
College: BITS PILANI
GPA: 7.3/10
WORK EXPERIENCE
Business Analytics Associate Consultant, ZS Associates (2015-Present)
Responsibilities
● Finding the most powerful and feasible analytical solution for client’s
problem and implementing it in applications such as MS Excel,SAS or ZS
proprietary software
● Extracting business insights from quantitative analysis
● Communicating business insights and project needs to the client.
● Leading and enabling team members to achieve project goals.
● Facilitating sessions on project approach, job roles and responsibilities for
newly hired associates

- Your academic pedigree and the GMAT clearly make you a candidate for the top schools out there. For reasons mentioned here, I won't speculate on which ones but if you play your cards right, things should be pretty interesting from the get go
- The work profile and international experience make things even more interesting. ZS is has a pretty good brand recall and the nature of work can be substantial. Your career progression will help too. Even so, healthcare consulting could be a bit too niche - so make sure you articulate your goals story correctly here.
- While your post volunteer experience sounds good, the recent one feels a bit low on the impact scale. Not something you can change overnight but good to be aware that this is not likely to be an area of strength in the same league as the above two points.

You have a good profile for most top schools. I would like to add my alma matter Ross Michigan to your target list. It's BIG for consulting and proximity to Chicago - a consulting hub- helps. And also possibly McCombs as a safe school-proximity to Dallas (another consulting hub)- attracts employers.
One thing I would like for you to take care of: most top consulting firms are fine with sponsoring work visas for international students. However, some of the specialized healthcare consulting firms might not be that open. So be aware of that and write your goals accordingly.
