You are competitive for schools in the top 30 assuming your written application and interviews are solid -- schools like CMU, Purdue, Indiana, Georgetown, Texas, USC, UNC and so forth. Schools in the top 16 such as Yale, Cornell, and NYU will likely be stretches. The lopsided GMAT (especially since you're an engineer by profession and education with a low verbal score -- it will send red flags) will be a factor as well.

Also, I know this is just an internet post, but you need to do a better job of articulating clearly what your career goals are.

No. The AWA is a separate thing, and isn't really looked at by adcoms.
