Thanks for sharing your profile. Answer below:

Q1. I am pretty high on work experience when compared to average. What are the biggest challenges for applying with high work ex?
YOU NEED TO MAKE IT CLEAR WHY YOU NEED AN MBA AND WHY NOW IS THE RIGHT TIME, THAT WILL BE THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT SCHOOLS WILL EVALUATE YOU ON. PUSH YOUR EXPERIENCE AS A STRENGTH AND SHARE WHAT YOU WOULD ADD TO THE STUDENT COMMUNITY
Q2. Only looking for 1 year or about same duration programs. Are the target schools feasible?
I THINK THEY ARE, THEY FIT YOUR PROFILE AND YOU HAVE THE RIGHT KIND OF WORK EXPERIENCE AS WELL. JUST KEEP IN MIND INSEAD'S LANGUAGE REQMT
Q3. Is it worth trying for R3/R4 for 2018 session?
I REALLY TRY AND RECOMMEND INDIAN APPLICANTS AVOID R3/R4 IF POSSIBLE
