Sorry for the delayed reply; I've been traveling. If your friend's goal is a career in Operations or Supply Chain then I don't see the relevance of a master's in human resources development. A master's in logistics would be an excellent way to get into the Operations or Supply Chain sector. The MBA offers the advantage of being a more versatile degree and might help her more if her ultimate goal is management. But she could always use the MLOG to break into the industry and then perhaps earn an MBA later if she discovers that she needs it to advance into management.
