Hi.
I just wanted to ask if you could evaluate my profile for a future business school application in Fall '11.
I am 23 year's old male. My citizenship/nationality is Uzbek (Uzbekistan is situated in Central Asia.)
I was born in Russia. Currently, I am a junior and I am double-majoring in Financial Economics and Management of Aging Services in a small public Maryland University.
Current GPA: 3.72
First Practice GMAT: 610 (Q=45, V=30). I can definitely bump it up to 730 within 6 months as this was my first time to take the test without even knowing anything about the GMAT.
Work Experience: None. Well, I have been working as an Administrative Assistant for 2 years since I was a freshman. Next semester I will work as a Resident Assistant.
Extra-curricular activities:
a. Treasurer and a fund raising officer in a fraternity
b. President of a Entrepreneurship club.
c. A lot of US community services like Habitat for Humanity, Cancer walks, Blood Drives, Free Peer Tutoring, etc.
Future Career Goals:
1. Create my own tech venture.
2. Work for a financial retirement planning company
I am really interested in UCLA, Georgetown, Wharton, or at least University of Maryland.
How can I improve my business school application?

You have 4 things going for you: your GPA, your place of origin (very distinctive), your strong leadership in your extracurriculars, and the fact that you are stating to plan ahead already for your application. The other pieces will be a 700+ (ideally 730+) GMAT score, continued extracurricular leadership after your graduate, and a job that you can excel in and (ideally) gives you leadership opportunities. (Even if it doesn't give you formal leadership opportunities you want to seek informal ones and you want to establish a "fast-track"/atypical career pace).
