It's not that you *should* -- you absolutely have to emphasize your leadership potential. Right now, from your profile alone you will come across as a math nerd (and all the positive and negative connotations associated with being a math guy).

B-schools aren't getting a bunch of kooky creative types applying. Most of the applicants are analytical by nature, so they are trying to cherry pick those analytical types who have the strongest leadership potential (which has little to do with quant/analytics beyond a certain threshold).
