Im planning to take MBA full time next year.Im keen in doing one year MBA only or probably 15 months programme if not
Could you please evaluate my profile & let me know the prospect of good bschool & the possible GMAT score i should have for fulfilling the criteria
Female/India
Age:25
GMAT:Planning to take up this year.
Education qualification:Bachelor of science(Biology) Full time-3yrs degree;percentage 71%
Master of Business administration(IT & system management) Part-time 2yrs
Work experience:5 years in IT as Business analyst in various verticals like Healthcare,Finance,Retailing & Telecom
Overall international exposure:3 years various fields related to IT
Highlights:
1.After my graduation started in IT field with healthcare project & was working with major IT company in India.Travelled to Denver US for analysis phase & transitioned a 2 million project back in outsourcing model to our company
2.Shifted to Retailing project then was working with Atlanta for a second largest retail customer in US & received the 'best project award for the year' in 2007
3.Started taking challengin projects in Financial IT processes & was promoted from Junior analyst to Business analyst in nest one year i joined the company .Worked in one of the key processes related to Government of India;Ministry of finance project.This was also brought in some 150 seater project to our company.Involved in major technology related to ERP SAP & CRM for this project.Possed excellent communication skill in bringing the requirements from stakeholders positively to IT stream.
4.Moved to telecom domain & travelled alomst most of the parts in europe & was shufter to another IT company meanwhile which is worlwide has branches & one of the fortune 500 company.Worked in telecom processes for some of the pioneer service provide providers in europe
5.Received many rewards & recognition for achieving in some massive projects in young age.
6.Languages known:up to A+ level in German
7.Published 7 white papers in total with the current company & represented the same in national meet up with the chairman of teh company.
Extra curricular activities:Represented state & inter city wise basket ball tournaments
School & unversity captain consecutively for 4 years.Still teach for the school alumin group.
During work represented as from my state as the key member for corporate social reponsiblity & conducted sevreal programmes for old age home,ohysically challenged people.

Could you tell me the possible b school that i need to focus for admission & the average GMAT score i need to fetch.
Most of the candidates in India go with Engineering background & will this be negative aspect for me.this is one of my major worries too.Having worked as business analyst i would like expand my horizons after MBA into IT Marketing related to sales & businses development.
Please help!!!

Why are you wanting to do a 2nd MBA? What kinds of jobs are you looking for - not sure what 'IT marketing related to sales and business development' means. Are you staying in India?
In any case, focus on GMAT prep for now, and then worry about schools later.

Im currently in UK involved in IT telecom project with my company.I would like to pursue another MBA full time because of my part-time didnt give me a big change in career growth ,I have aspirations to do full-time MBA now because im financially able to fund for my education , while it was not the case before.Having travelled to many countries & met some of the guys who are in challenging roles after MBA from good b-school im highly intersted to pursue fulltime MBA from a good bschool.
If i say that i have done part-time MBA will this be a negative aspect during admission???.Regarding post-MBA plans i have li flair for sales & marketing in IT for example:Product manager kind of roles to be specific.
My worry is iam I competent enough to plan & pursue an MBA to good b-schools in US & im also intending to settle down in future in US after a good progress of MBA & career placements.So i would like to know the possible score i should be aimingr to get in good bschools.as i have mentioned in my earlier email im nt from a common engineering candidate with IT exp but i have achieved lots during my work & since because of my base graduation not being valued much i would want to pursue MBA on full-time to go high in the corporate ladder soon.
