Kellogg, Dartmouth, Darden, Michigan: schools you should focus on as you have a reasonable shot at them so long as your applications are well executed and you don't run into bad luck
Wharton you may have an outside shot at. You'll need a lot of luck along with an exceptional application (i.e. you'll need to take some bold risks - don't be a boring, dull guy).
I get a sense that HBS is likely slim -- you're a standard-issue engineer in an internal consulting job that is highly analytical/quant (i.e. they're not hiring you for your people skills, but for your ability to do numbers). It seems like talking about your leadership/interpersonal skills will be enough of a stretch that the adcoms there will see that it's a stretch. If you want to apply there, go for it - just keep in mind that it's slim.
