I’d very much appreciate if you could evaluate my profile and perhaps offer some advice. I’m planning on applying fall 2010. My focus is on UCLA full time program but would also like to hear if I have the makeup for NYU, Chicago, and Columbia.

Education: 3.71 GPA, Arizona State University, Major: Financial Management. Self financed college worked 35hrs per week in addition to buying, remolding, and selling a real estate property
GMAT: 670 (85%) (Q: 44 (69%), V:38 (83%)) Took GMAT twice first time score: 610
Work Experience: 5yr at matriculation in Fall 2011 w/ large very prestigious So Cal investment management firm.
8/2007-present: Portfolio Management (w/ lots of exposure to world renowned investors)
8/2006-8/2007: Client Services
Community/Extra curricular work:
Special Olympics (25hr/yr)
Kids golf camp (50hr/yr)
Various volunteer work (30hr/hr)
Letter of Recs:
1) Manager: High Level EVP, Head of a trading desk
2) Colleague: High Level MD or EVP
Potential Weaknesses in profile:
Obviously GMAT
Started undergrad at community college and didn’t get the best grades to start. Had major life experience that contributed. Finish strong receiving high marks ultimately graduated magna cum laude.
What are my chances for UCLA, NYU, Chicago, and Columbia?
Should I take the GMAT for a third time?
What can I do to improve my prospects?
