Without seeing your applications, it's hard to say happened. Although my hunch is given your profile, you most likely got lost in the shuffle -- you had a profile that is competitive enough to be considered, but your application was probably a bit too polished/generic to the point where it got lost in the shuffle. HBS and Stanford are going to be stretches (but you have enough of a shot that it's worth reapplying). With Kellogg, you had a reasonable shot of getting in - probably due to a combination of a boring application and bad luck, so it's worth reapplying.
Again, with your profile you should have enough of a shot to apply to any of the top 8 schools. With your profile, the biggest risk is getting lost in the shuffle (i.e. you have a much higher chance of getting rejected because of a *boring* application rather than a *bad* one). "Boring" application doesn't necessarily mean a boring person (I hope!) - it just means that the application came across as paint-by-numbers, uninspired, going through the motions, a bit too by-the-books.
