Hi Alex,
I gave my GMAT recently and scored only 650 (Q: 50, VA: 28 ), TOEFL: 107 (23 in speaking and 28 each in rest)
My profile is as follows:
10th - 81%
12th - 74%
Graduation: BTech and Mtech in Computer Sc and Engg from IIT KGP. (CG:6.7)
Work Ex: 3 years in Data/Business analysis.
I am looking for a 1year MBA. From what I have researched till now, I had the following colleges in mind:
1) LBS
2) INSEAD
3) ISB - Hyderabad
4) IMD
5) NUS
But now, after getting just 650 in GMAT and add to that 28 in VA, I don't think I will even be short listed for anyone besides NUS.
What other colleges should I apply to ? Which other good colleges don't give much weight age to GMAT ? Will I be able to get in for a 2year course from a better school in US or from some other country ?
Please advice.

First, LBS isn't a 1-year program. In any case, LBS, INSEAD and IMD are long shots for you, even with a higher score.
I don't know much about NUS, and with ISB -- I think you'll probably need a stronger GMAT as well.
In short, if you want to go to a school where your current GMAT won't be an issue, you'll have to look at schools outside the top 30 in the US, and very local schools in Asia.

Can you kindly evaluate my profile as well?
GMAT score : 700
Profile : Malaysian, Male
Age : 31
Academic Qualification : 2nd Class Upper (69%) from Imperial College London
Work Experience : Total 8 years, in 2 fortune 500 companies (5 years in Malaysia and 3 year in Australia) as an Engineer
Curricular Activities : Several (But will they ask for proof? Cause most of the activities I went too did not gave any certificates!)
I'm thinking of applying to the following schools
1) INSEAD
2) IMD
3) LBS
4) Oxford
5) Cambridge
My worries :-
1) GMAT Score not so high
2) My Degree is not a first class Hons
3) My career progress has somewhat been lateral (I'm not a manager yet)
4) Don't have any certificates to back proof on curricular activities!
