Thanks for sharing your background and questions. Technically, everyone has a shot at a top 10 program. You will improve your chances dramatically if you indeed hit the 730 mark, but for your applicant pool, that is almost the standard for top 10 schools. You're clearly smart and have strong analytical skills, so the first question any AdComm will have is, what do you want to do with an MBA? It's important to outline exactly how you feel a program, take CBS for example, is going to help you get from where you are now to where you want to be 2+ years from now. I certainly get the ROI component, so if that is your main concern, I think you can set that aside and go after your top 10 programs if you can achieve your GMAT goals. Also, any additional efforts on the EC/involvement activities will only help your profile.
