Have you considered the deferral programs such as HBS 2+2? You're eligible to apply as a senior in college, but that goes away once you graduate. You'd still be able to take the job you have lined up. HBS has a bunch of its incoming student body coming from the VC world now, so it could be a short-track into that industry if you make the right connections early. Indeed it is a difficult road out of b-school historically. The 2+2 admissions process is highly competitive, but since you have already established a penchant for leadership, you could have a shot if you get GMAT up a bit more.

That program looks awesome although it looks like R3 deadline was 4/6. Definitely wish I had known about that.

Reg R3, generally there most spots are taken at that point, so chances of admissions are much lower than R1 or R2.

Reg GMAT, aim to beat school's average if possible. Obviously other factors come into play, and not everyone is able to do that, but that gives you a target to shoot for.
