You're very welcome! I would hope you're going to do something to add value while you're studying - you have no choice. You have to make it count!

As far as Masters in Finance goes, you need a stronger finance career to date to really make it be a practical choice. You're in Finance as an industry, so it could make sense. But be careful. Getting a Masters of Finance and then trying to land a job in the US can be difficult. If you specialize in a very technical aspect of Finance, then maybe you can make this work better.

Here's what I would suggest (because the goals you have stated are vague and generic) - go talk to someone you know in a function you are interested in. Banking, VC, corporate finance, whatever - and ask them how they got there and what they look for. Ask them what they think.

We have our opinions but you've given me some vague concepts as to your goals. So go talk to someone. In person. Take them out for coffee or a drink. Pick their brain. Then figure out what makes sense!
