Hi
RaghuRamani,
Thank you for reaching out! It is great that you are already thinking about the work you should put in leading up to your MBA applications.
Early planning is one of the best ways to ensure that you are set up for application success.
Personal MBA Coach recommends working on enhancing your extracurricular profile so that you have a strong track record of leadership and involvement when it comes time to apply (quality over quantity here, however). You can also work on strengthening your leadership in the office by taking on extra work, looking for mentorship opportunities, etc.
It is also never too early to begin networking.
Personal MBA Coach suggests working to build your network in four key areas: at work, with alumni and current students from your target business schools, professionals in your desired field, and admissions professionals.
Personal MBA Coach offers early MBA planning services to help you navigate career and extracurricular decisions, devising a target school list, and building a strategic plan to follow between now and application year. We work with many folks in the months and years ahead of applying and we can tell you exactly what you need to do to begin enhancing your candidacy. The early planning clients do the best. Happy to continue the conversation and discuss how we could potentially work together:
