Hi , I'm 22 years old I have a Bachelors in Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications with a 8.56 GPA and I've started working in Oracle as an associate consultant. I have one month of work ex and a GMAT score of 710 (Q48, V40). I Plan on applying to B Schools after 2 years of Work ex and since I have this time span I'd like to know what can I improve on my profile to get into the top 20 B schools MBA program.

Early planning is one of the best ways to ensure that you are set up for application success. Personal MBA Coach recommends working on enhancing your extracurricular profile so that you have a strong track record of leadership and involvement when it comes time to apply (quality over quantity here, however). You can also work on strengthening your leadership in the office by taking on extra work, looking for mentorship opportunities, etc.
