Thanks for sharing. Your work experience is quite common given your applicant pool. Since you've been there for 5 years, a promotion would be expected during that span. And while you have many hobbies and have participated in many events, your true involvement experience is Toastmasters (but still unsure of what you did) and maybe CSR depending on your accomplishments. Given the information you shared, I would target top 20-30 programs as your scholarship requirement makes it difficult to go above that. Please keep in mind that this assumes a GMAT score of 720+. Hope your test went well!

Wont retaking it in September and then beginning with the applications be too late for round 1? Or shall I retake it in Oct. and then apply for round 2? Will that be too late, taking into consideration the fact that I want to get into a good school with good scholarship?

Since you highlighted the need for scholarships, you should try your best to get your applications in for R1. If you can commit the time and effort, you should work in parallel between now and Sept/Oct to get your applications in.
