Thanks for sharing.

Agree with the advice above, as you believe you have a very good chance of scoring better on the GMAT, it is a good idea to invest some more time and effort to do so.

Your background and personal story look like a rich source of materials to present a compelling and strong application package.

Wish you all the best and look forward to hearing your updates!

That is extraordinary impressive, yet even to the applicant with the most impressive profile in the whole world, I would tell them if you can pull up the score a bit then do because it's just going to put you in a better steed.

That said, I understand that balance between the whole GMAT and applications situation. I really want you to consider going for round 2 and doing the GMAT over.

There seems to be some ridiculous frenzy over the idea that if you don't apply in round one that you are somehow at some grave disadvantage which is absolutely not the case. It's always always always better to apply when you have the best possible profile.

So good luck to you if you decide to go ahead and do that, and again good luck to you if you decide to move forward with your current score. Reach out if you need any help.

Thank you for hearing me out Farrell. I am going to think it over for sometime. For sure, will collaborate with an admission consultant to package my application in future.

Last two queries,

1) Does Round 2 have the same scope for scholarship?
2) At my current score and profile, which are the schools in my reach?

Many Thanks & Regards

You're extremely welcome, and to answer your question scholarships for Round 2 are equally viable. When you're ready to work on your applications please feel free to set up a a time to talk on Skype through my website. Submitting a well branded well-positioned app will definitely enhance your chances for scholarships.

Hello Folks!

I wanted to update you that I did take the exam again and scored 710 (Q49, V38). Hopefully, GMAT score will not be an obstruction in my journey.

I would like to check if TOEFL is compulsory for schools, if I have already taken IELTS exam and scored 7.5 on IELTS few months ago.

Would IELTS be sufficient?

Regards
