I'm considering Harvard, Stanford atm. Am I aiming too high? Anywhere I should be concentrating on to improve my application?

No I think you are aiming at appropriate schools given your qualifications. Since those
HBSand
Stanfordare so difficult to gain acceptance you should probably apply to a couple of additional top schools. If you tell me what you want to do post-MBA, I will recommend additional schools.
