Your main goal is to start making an impact at work and standing out compared to your peers. The extra work experience will make a big difference in your profile, and schools will count it all the way up to matriculation. Getting good recos is important and right now that seems like your only weak link other than to make sure you take on leadership roles in your community. Your long term goal is pretty socially altruistic, so they will want to see evidence that you are heavily involved in socially focused organizations now. It's good that you have some of this in your profile, but try to juice it up over the next couple of years, taking on more responsibility or even leadership roles. B-schools will be way more likely to buy your long term goal if you have demonstrated passion and involvement in that area before school. Also, you goals are a bit all over the place, with banking, real estate and starting hospital networks. SChools would feel safer admitting someone whose goals all add up to a trajectory that seems attainable. I am not saying yours is not, but only cautioning you against the potential problem you would have if you fail to connect all the dots.
