You do not need to worry about your Quant. score. As you have a very strong background in science and technology, B-schools will pay less attention to your Quant. score but they will pay more attention to your Verbal score. However, if you had a strong background in language (such as a major in English), B-schools would pay more attention to your computation ability, i.e. your Quant. score.

In my opinion, your overall GMAT score (730, Q45, V45) is enough for any B-schools in the world. However, remember that there are many other things to consider in your applications such as essays, recommendations etc.

Getting the essays right seems to be a science in itself. GMATclub will hopefully be as great of a help for the essays as for GMAT.
