The domain of my work is Network Management for my client's customers based in Asia Pacific. I am responsible for a team of around 15. My day to day operations are team leading, working with counterpart teams around the globe, ITIL service management procedures, service improvement conference calls etc
Rewards and recognitions :: Plenty of appreciations from service relation managers etc
Certifications :: CCNA(Cisco), ITIL V3 IT service management..
GPA : 3.0/4
Extracurricular :: awards and participation in various state/national events
Target schools :: Goizueta(Emory), Georgia Tech, Fisher, Kelley (Indiana), Smeal (Penn State), Tippie Iowa, UC Davis...
Target industry :: I a more inclined toward a general management course, and I would like to work in IT management consulting..

I think your school selection is just about right given your profile, which has some strengths (current leadership, decent GMAT score), but also some weaknesses (GPA, lack of recent community leadership, very competitive applicant pool). Indiana and Emory are the most selective schools on your list, but you should be competitive there. You may want to add Western Ontario (Ivey) to your list; they are a well-respected general management program and you may be competitive there.
