The downside: your goals seem way too ill-defined, you don't seem to have current leadership in your extracurriculars, you are moving out of the core age for MBA applicants, and your come from a very crowded applicant pool. If you can address these (the ones that are addressable) then your schools look like this to me:
--Longshots: Kellogg, GSB, Wharton, Haas (HBS and Stanford are not doable IMO)
--Competitive: Ross, Duke, Cornell, Darden
--Safety: Emory, Babson, Illinois

Thank you for your feedback. I just mentioned the area for brevity. I have mentioned my post MBA goals, please let me know if they make logical sense. As for the current EC leadership, I do not have many experiences, but I do have few in the past 1 year that I can talk about.
Post MBA: I want to get into strategy consulting and gain experience looking at the big picture side of issues. In this role I would learn more about how a business operates. In the long term I want to start a company technology company for the disabled. (given my health camp background and I also endured significant health related issues from high school to end of bachelors).
In light of this information, please let me know what you think.
