Hi piyush, I'm no expert but I think I understand ua profile a bit.
1. Chemical engineering is a positive point in terms of diversity for schools
2. You may have to rework on Gmat, for the stereotype that Indian engineers score more. You might have a competitive pool.
3. Your experience and promotion are positive again.
4. Seeing your extracurricular, you look like a technocrat and not like a visionary leader. You need to change that. Individual achievements are great, but you need to focus more on ua leadership and management capabilities.
5. Throw in some non-tech hobby in extra curricular
6. Mention community service also
7. Make sure u have a solid story on why mba and your career path till now.

I think you'll get better insights from a professional consultant.

All the best ????

Questions:

1- Given my profile, what would be my prospects in the outlined schools? Overall, I think you have a competitive profile for the target schools. What I worry about, and this answers your second question, is your GMAT score. Unless you submit a super-start application, it will be difficult to gain admission with a 650 GMAT score. I would consider retaking.
2- Can Low GMAT be a road blocker? see note above
3- Does multiple GMAT (5 attempts) will leave a bad impression on AdCom? Retaking the GMAT will, in fact, show the admissions committee your perseverance. No one likes re-taking the GMAT.
