You have a lot going for you in your profile including good academic credentials, good GMAT score, international expereince and solid WE. Not sure what your nationality is, but if you hail from an underrepresented country, that could help as well, as b-schools always like to diversify their student bodies.
I like how your short and long term plan leverages your past experience--you seem to have a mature vision which will resonate well with the adcoms. One thing that could be a challenge is your working for your father's company. Make sure you don't use any family members to write your recos and try to demonstrate acheivement and accomplishements which were clearly earned and not given from favoritism (or could be misconstrued as favorititsm).
in short, you should have a good shot at your target schools. As far as what to do between now and then, I would focus on my applications, as it is critical to have a very well vetted and personal story woven together in a compelling narrative for the adcoms. Let us know if we can help.
