Hi Raghav,
Congratulations on a great GMAT score. Your previous GMAT scores are going to get over ruled by this swanky score, so no worries there.
You've got your heart on the top 15 US b-schools, so my key advice to you will be to wait another 1-2 years before you apply. Competition is super tough at these b-schools, and the extra wait will help you enhance your profile- bother personally and professionally.
You have not mentioned your work related achievements. As a rule, b-schools like applicants who have made an impact on their organizations, led or worked in teams and are basically achievers. In the next 1-2 years, you can grow in these aspects.
Your extra curricular involvements are also lacking. Take up some community service on weekends and follow it diligently - this experience is also valued highly by b-schools. Infact we had written a blog on community service a few weeks ago, I am posting the link here. It can help you get started:
