Hi there!
Thanks for sharing your background. Based on the information you provided there is a lot to like about your profile! You've accomplished quite a bit at a young age, so congratulations on your achievements thus far! Your entrepreneurship experience and your leadership will definitely be your strong suit, so be sure to put these experiences front and center. I think the types of schools you should target include 2-3 in the top 10 and 2-3 in the top 11-20 category for a diverse application strategy. Please note that I am taking into account your age and the fact that we are in R2 in discussing your school selection. While we're on the topic of your age, you should think about why you want to get your MBA now as opposed to 1-2 years down the line.
Your academic performance puts you in the conversation for the top 10, however, your applicant pool is quite competitive and you are likely slightly below the median, especially on your GMAT, for top 10 programs. Does that mean you shouldn't apply? Of course not! Just letting you know that this is something that you should keep in the back of your mind as you're putting your application strategy together.
Given your goals, schools like MIT, Booth, and Haas come to mind for the top 10. These have outstanding entrepreneurship networks and resources for your start-up goals and carry a heavy tech focus. For schools in the 11-20 bucket, schools like Ross, Fuqua, and Goizueta are good options as well. In thinking about your goals, your next step should be to aim to be a bit more precise when articulating what kind of tech start-up you want to build. The more detailed you can, the more the AdComm can buy into it :D
