You have chosen your target programs well, although I think you need to prune it a bit. Regarding your GMAT score, you are borderline. Obviously your target programs admit applicants with 700 GMATs. However, given your background and target programs, a higher GMAT could only help you. If you think you can increase it, go for it.

I understand the highly competitive admission process and the importance of being the right fit for a school. I did some more research on the schools i mentioned, and MIT Sloan is a clear choice for me.

I need to add one more top school and a safety school to my target list. For the top schools, I am researching more on Ross, Wharton, Duke and Darden. Which of these you think is better positioned for the Consulting/Technology industry?

Also, would appreciate if can you suggest some safety schools that I can target?

If your GMAT goes up, then Wharton and Duke. If it stays where close to 700, then Duke and Darden.
