First of all, congratulations on a good GMAT score and a very strong professional/academic career! I have no doubt that you would be able to succeed at any of the school you listed. However, as you know, you are targeting some of the most competitive programs in the country. And, while you "stats" are very strong, you pretty much fall in the middle range (which isn't bad or good). A 700 is fairly average for top schools as is the type of work experience you possess. In order to be a successful applicant, you will need your application to differentiate you from the sea of other similar applicants.
Strong essays are a must, but, so are strong LORs. If your recommenders can convey that you have a superior work ethic and that you are a strong leader, innovative problem solver, etc. you will have a much better shot at a top program.
Because you already have one master's degree, you will also need to explain why you need another master's. What made you change your mind (or want to change your career path). How will what you did in the past help you succeed in the future?? If you can make a compelling argument, then you should have a shot at a top-20 program.
Without knowing more about your extracurriculars, community involvement and quality of LORs, it is hard for me to give an opinion on the exact schools you named, but, I will say that HBS and Stanford will be reaches for you (as they are for almost anyone!). I would recommend applying to no more than five schools. You want to be respectful of your recommenders' time and you want to give yourself the time to write the best essays possible.
Good luck!
