GMAT – 760 (Q50, V42, AWA4.5, IR8)
Education:
- Bachelor of Economics from Xi'an Jiaotong University
- Finished the core courses of my first major, Financial Information System in the first two years, then transferred to an independent economics research center for the rest 2 years
- GPA: 82/100; Top 10% before transfer, university scholarship winner
Work Experience:
- Management trainee in a world leading consumer goods company
- Strategic Sourcing for 3 years(1 fast promotion, no direct reports)
- Initiative Manager for 1 year(no direct reports)
Extra-curriculars/Leadership experience:
- President of the debate club in university, winner of several national tournaments
- Company Hope School Program, fund raising for children in rural area
- Set up a foundation for university debate club, donors including 2 McKinsey associate partners

Thanks for sharing your profile. You have a strong background here with some good performance on the numericals (GMAT/GPA). These scores should have you competitive at the top schools. You have had strong performance in your professional career which signals that you are high potential to admissions to you should be in good shape here as well. Now keep in mind the top schools have tons of very qualified candidates applying so you will still need to find a way to standout from the pack. So focus on what makes unique and different from the hordes of other applicants coming from your region. If you have a particular passion or unique career angle play that up so you are viewed bit differently from your competitors.
