Can you please evaluate my profile in light of my preferred options.
1) Brief description of your full-time work experience. What do you do?
I am working as a Strategy Planning and Control Engineer at Reliance Industries Limited, the largest private company in India. I am working on project worth $6bn. The role involves end to end monitoring and strategizing of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and other administrative activities so as to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
My total work experience, currently, is 2.5 yrs
2) Your GMAT.
700 - IR 8, Q50, V32
3) College info: The name of the college, your GPA or grade average, your major, year of graduation.
I graduated in 2012, from Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras). IITs are the most reputed Engineering colleges in India.
I did my B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with minor in Management Studies
GPA - 7.7/10. I have understood from my friends studying in US that IIT GPA is generally rated higher . Is this true? And out of 4 what does my GPA tend do?
4) Significant college and post-college extra-curricular activities or community service, especially leadership experience.
I was part of the College festival team. Our role was to convince companies to fund our college festival. We increased our college festival budget to almost 2 times to that of its previous year.
I have been part of the National Service Scheme Teaching team for 1 year. During this time we were involved in education of rural children along with imparting practical science knowledge to school children.
I have also been part of a flood relief team and worked along with a NGO AID India. During this we surveyed the damaged villages and properties. The most significant achievement was the work we did with the local families and schools. We tried to reduce the drop outs from school;met several school administrations and a lot of families and tried to convince them on the benefits of education.
5) Important certifications like CFA, CPA, FSA, or CA.

6) Your target programs.
In order of preference - 1. Kelley School Of Business FT MBA 2. Kenan Flagler FT MBA 3. Tepper School FT MBA 4. Mays FT MBA.
My preferences are based on reputation as well as likeliness of getting a financial aid/scholarships
7) When you plan to apply?
I plan to apply for Fall 2015. And finish my application by the January-15 Deadline
8) Your post-MBA goal.
I want to join a management consultant company. I wish to do analytical and strategy type of work. I want to start my own venture when i am about 40.
