Great profile--only thing that might work against you is Queens University--it's a good school and top 10 in Canada, but on a world rank, it's down around 150-200. The bigs, that is, H/S/W like pedigrees. Having said that, being Canadian might be the ticket since there are not as many Canadian applicants to US b-schools as there needs to be. B-schools like diversity too, and being Canadian can add to the class mix in a positive way. Love your WE and your demonstrated leadership and innovation. These kinds of achievements will resonate well with the top colleges. For backup, since you are interested in hedge funds, you might also consider Tuck, Chicago, Duke and NYU. By the way, the b-schools will like it that your post MBA goals will leverage very well your past experience. Let us know if you need help pulling your story together in a compelling way.
