SnehaaaGiven the 10+ years of experience, and the 710 GMAT (decent but not outstanding), you should have a shot at IMD, IESE, IE, HEC. ISB is closed for admissions now, and you can look at it only this Fall onwards (some chances there). For the others, your chances will be low.
You have some excellent experience across two auto majors, and some decent ECAs as well. Please note that a CGPA of 7.3 does not translate to a 4.0/4.0, though it may seem like that from the GMAT scale.
To maximize your chances, strategize on which programs you have a chance at, and create a plan to apply. As far as possible, apply in the next earliest possible rounds for the schools - try to avoid waiting till next year. IMD and HEC, for example, should be on your priority list right now.

In addition to this, is a high work experience (10+ years) a concern? Does it affect my changes of getting into a B school? If yes, then how can I maximize my chances of getting an admit?
