Graduation: Completed B.E in Electrical and Electronics Engg. from BIT Mesra Ranchi in 2011 with 76.3%.(7.63/10)
H.S.C: secured 89.8% CBSE Board 2007
S.S.C: secured 90.0% CBSE Board 2005
Work Experience:
Tata Motors(Passenger Car Division) for 1 month as GET
Leading power PSU as Assistant Manager(Operations) for 3 years
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for safe,reliable and efficient operation for 200 Mega Watt units and offsite( impacting 600 Mega Watts of generation); ABT Management (Commercial Aspect of Power Trading in India) - Regulating the generation of 7 units (~2600 MW) in accordance with the DC and SG, keeping in view the grid frequency in order to optimize generation so as to maximize the profit and PLF of the entire Plant.
Coordinating with various maintenance departments to ensure smoothness of work of affected equipment/systems(ensuring isolation and safety) involving both main plant and offsite equipment.
Leadership at Work: Supervisor of a team (of 16 technicians) responsible for the ground healthiness of the plant and offsite equipments in order to ensure maximum efficiency of the plant.

Represented my division at regional level competitions(both internal and external like AIMA National Competition for Young Managers) as team leader
