This is going to be a tough year for international applicants, since applications are expected to be high. Having said that, you actually have an excellent profile, one which will likely help you stand out amongst the throng of Indian applicants who are applying from the engineering field. This is mostly due to your leadership experience at such a young age. With three years of WE, you have already managed to climb to a position of real influence where you manage a rather large team of reports. When coupled with your good grades at a rigorous and nationally ranked engineering program, and your very good GMAT score, you should get some attention from your target schools as long as you have a thoughtfully crafted application which contains a compelling vision for your future, one which hopefully leverages your career experience. Let us know if we can help you pull it together.
