1) Currently Employed with IBM as a software Engineer. Working my start up part time.
2) 730
3) College info: MIT Manipal ( alma matter of the microsoft CEO ) , 7/10 ( C avg) , Computer Science , 2014. Circumstances : Founded startup during sophomore. Got too involved. Never got back to studies.
4) Founded Digital Media Startup - 2.5 years. Clients are big names. Director for 3D Printing start up. Awards include Innovation Day @ Manipal University, Finalist in National B-Plan competition. Member of IEEE Local body.
5) No Certifications.
6) ISB Early Entry ( 2+1 ) program. ( Need suggestions actually )
7) R1 2016-2017 or till GMAT score is valid.
8) Management Consulting.

Unfortunately I don’t have close knowledge of the ISB early-entry program to advise on your chances.
I will note however that as you’re aware, the undergrad record is a weakness; if it trended up, that will at least be a mitigating factor. If it was flat or trended down, it will have a heavier impact. Since you have some time before applying, I suggest taking a relevant course or two locally or online and earning A’s to demonstrate academic capability (your GMAT demonstrates a certain kind of smartness, but not ability to excel in the classroom – only actual grades provide such evidence, and adcoms want to see it).
Also, regarding [url]your goals[/url], plan carefully how to build your case from your start-up and IBM technical experience to go into management consulting.
