Hi! Your work experience is pretty good and you can certainly build stories around entrepreneurship and leadership. However, your work experience is slightly lower than the average work ex for ISB. But if you can articulate your stories well in the essays and interviews, plus if you can justify how MBA will help you get LDP roles or Product Management then you can build a solid case for ISB from work experience standpoint. Now, there will be three issues that you will have to think through and evaluate
1) With no tech background and no prior PM (or related roles) experience, it will be difficult to get a direct transition. So you should ideally target companies that you would want to work with (in a PM role) and then focus on getting an entry in those companies in any roles (sales/BD/marketing etc. since you have prior experience in these domains) and then internally navigate to PM role after sometime.
2) PM roles and LDP roles are drastically different, so you will have to zero in on one and then use it for your essays and interviews. This is one of the major dealbreakers and an area where lot of aspirants miss on the admit.
3) You will need a much higher GMAT score (675~685+) for 2 reasons (a) to cover your average undergrads acads and (b) to make your profile standout coz your work experience will be lower than the average.
Now, to overcome you average acads and to build your case for PM roles you should take a couple of PM related certifications and then try to highlight that you have desired knowledge in the domain and you have genuine interest in the domain.
