Sharing a few perspectives here Hariom:
  1. Though you've had a long career with fair amount of upward movement, it is not clear as to the rationale for the choices you've made. The changes in many instances look too frequent to show consistency of thought process - this is an area you will have to allay the concerns of. Make sure you put things into perspective and are able to defend the various career choices (especially the 10 month/1 year stints ones) beyond purely financial means. Since in many ways, you are already doing a role many people would do after MBA, that's another area to bring clarity on.
  2. This brings us to the next point. Some of the schools in your target list do take in candidates with high years of experience. Without knowing about your profile in detail, purely on the number of years of experience, I would also throw in IMD in the mix. The question on exec Vs a full time one has already been addressed here. You may find the article here a useful read. In general, my vote is in the favor of a full time course - but it of course depends on what you want to get out of the program
  3. Your grades are what they are and are not going away. But am sure in your career, you would have done certifications/trainings that can show your academic potential? The other thing you need to check on is whether your course was a 3 year one. Though usually not an issue in Europe, but still double check on that factor.

Hope this helps,
