Hey,
aayuvaThanks for your post.
First of all, I must say, when it comes to profile evaluation, it’s very rare to find such depth and diverse profiles with a good amount of relevant experience! Moreover, working with the government of India with such high posts, without any question, could be your biggest asset to pitch in front of the adcom! You have a Stellar GMAT score and a decent GPA. Coming to work experience again is amazing! All you need to do now is highlight significant influence in your department and specifically mention instances where you took leadership responsibilities and guided your organization through a difficult situation. Also, quantizing stats like the 50M USD revenue generation must find its spot in the highlighted section of your application. Also, if possible, add any global exposure/ experience as it’s an essential part of the overall application, looked over by the AdComs in prospective candidates!
Coming to your ECA, again, great value creation! All you need to do now is elaborate on your ECAs, especially the leadership opportunities (both as a team player and as a leader), and portray the impact generated. In addition, your involvement in social activities (Covid Vaccination campaign) and mentoring students will also highlight your social responsibilities. That should help expand new horizons to start an interesting conversation between you and AdCom. Also, for your reference, I suggest you go through our article on
How to draft Exemplary ECAs for MBA Application, to understand the importance of preparing ECAs essays that inspire!
Considering your post-MBA goals and academics, we would recommend you target.

All in all, I would say that, statistically speaking, your profile is extraordinary. Therefore, you have a good chance of getting into these schools. You just need to work on connecting dots and form a network interlinking your goals, experience, skill-set, and accolades in your B-School essays to mesmerize the adcoms. Hence, If you’d like, we are happy to get on a FREE call with you sometime this week to discuss your profile in length and further chances to reach your target B-schools. So please feel free to
