Hello,
I am an Indian Female. Age 21 years, Final year of college, and I will be applying to European B-schools for their Masters/MiF/MiM programs (2023 Intake).
Target colleges (In order):
1. HEC Paris, INSEAD, St. Gallen
2. LBS, Esade, ESSEC
3. Bocconi, IESE, ESCP
GMAT - 700 (will not be retaking for now as the deadlines are close, may retake for next year's admit if this year things don't work out)
Bachelor's Degree - B.Tech from Tier 2 college with a minor specialization in Fintech (wrote a paper also on that topic)
GPA - 8.9/10 or 3.65/4 (top 5% of batch) ; minor GPA - 4/4
High school Valedictorian (school topper with 96%, consistent academics with 10/10 GPA for 5 consecutive years in school)
Extra-curriculars
Worked as a consultant with a pro-bono consulting organization (180 Degrees Consulting) for 2 years and later also became President of its chapter at my college.
Have won 3 college/ national level case-study competitions
Have won at several Model UN conferences and also was the Marketing Head of my college's MUN & International Relations Society
Started and headed a new committee at the college fest and its events did very well
Worked as a Finance & Sponsorship co-ordinator for TEDx talks at my college
Won a scholarship to an exchange program in he US around technology in business, however, couldn't go because of visa issues
Participated in Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) and our team was the Runner up In Dalberg's case study competition at the conference
I do not have full time work experience however, I have a few Internships
1. Currently a Supply chain management intern at Flipkart (Indian equivalent of amazon), this internship will last till July.
2. Market Research Intern at a startup
3. Portfolio research internship project at a startup (stimulated learning program)
4. Sales and development intern at a startup
Please evaluate and let me know if I stand a chance at these colleges and also any other colleges that I should target.
Please also suggest strategies for applications.

Good experience overall. You have taken up multiple initiatives at college, led a few activities that should help you show the impact you were able to create in your various organizations. hen you build your resume, you should try to quantify your achievements, so that the adcom reader gets a better sense of their scale. For example- how much worth of sponsorships did you achieve? how many people attended the events you organized? What were the team sizes that you led? How many teams did you win various competitions against and at what level- these details always help the reader visualize the level of your achievements.
Your internships will not be considered as work experience by some b-schools (such as LBS). However some other b-schools do consider them- so in any case, you should go ahead and include them in your resume. You may decide to not put down all 4 but the more relevant ones where you gained meaningful experience. As internships would hardly give many opportunities to make impact, so focus your pointers on the hard and soft skils gained.
Lastly, be sure that you have matured and sensible answers for why you wish to pursue these courses. Draw from your past experiences to tell what your future career interests are, how they got developed and why an MIM course is important for you to develop the hard and soft skills needed to achieve those goals. B-schools definitely value self awareness and a matured thought process in evaluating applicants. Secondly, Some of the MiM programs are short duration (10 months to 16 months) so you would want to adcom to believe that you will use your time in the best possible manner by being aware of what components of the course will be valuable to you. Its important to articulate this well in your essays.

Your profile is strong considering your academics, internships and extracurricular involvements showcasing leadership skills and initiative.
The target schools you have listed are a mix of aspirational and realistic options and you stand a good chance of conversion at some of these if you can craft strong essays that highlight your uniqueness (from a diversity perspective), your strengths (from a what will you add to the cohort perspective) and a compelling reason for why you want to pursue the particular course from the particular school (clear goals and motivation to show passion and drive)
You can also consider IE and RSM. Start reaching out to students and alumni of each school you want to apply to right now if not already done. This is extremely important for you to understand your fit for the school, its culture and community.
