Hi ,
I did my B.Tech in mechanical engineering from a pvt Indian university LPU with 7.4 CGPA in 2016 . From 2016 to 2019 I was working with Amazon as a quality specialist in Last Miles Analytics and Quality team.At Amazon worked at different last mile projects which were new for the Indian geography as at that time Amazon was trying a lot of operational stuff at the Indian market. After 2019 I joined my fathers business of IT and Telecommunications Services. Here we have a small team of 10 people and I majorly look into services and marketing. The cliental consists of International Airport and large public sector company and many high end hotels.
What I am looking for??
I am looking to do an MBA from Canada or UK so is my profile good enough as my undergrad is 7.4.
What all Canadian colleges I can target and are top 10-15 Canadian B-schools will even consider me ?

Lakshaygmat, from a basic eligibility perspective, you should be alright.
While the GPA is modest, it's not lower than the average typically. Some Canadian programs do put a minimum requirement which you should check directly from the application portal. You can also put the modest GPA into perspective and take certain actions.
The mix of Amazon and family business experience can make for a good overall, balanced pitch. Push hard on the GMAT and then, put together a solid application to maximize your prospects.
Feel free to reach out directly for any further advice, once you have a GMAT score.

First, I would like to know your GMAT scores if you have appeared or whether you are planning to appear for your GMAT any sooner. Coming to your profile, I would say you do have a decent GPA; in addition, you have a reputed company listed on your resume; hence, you could use it to describe critical projects, leadership roles, and impact created during your tenure at Amazon. Also, since you have joined your family business, it would be interesting to add the immediate impact created by you and how you plan to pursue your post-MBA goals through your family business. About your question, if you do have a good GMAT score of around 690-710+, all you need to do is put together a robust profile with some ECAs to account for your technical prowess and mold them into an example of a vast skill-set acquired by you. In addition, also add some examples of social service and volunteering work to showcase your Personality- in terms of passion, humility, individuality, and respect for others.
Overall I feel positive about your profile, but first, you need to score well on your GMAT, and then we can start strategizing and aligning your profile with the respective school values.
