Thank you very much. I am very sad to read that the low GPA is so strong barrier on the way to top schools. What if I will give one more shot for GMAT with 700+ score? Do you think that this can any positive affect on my chances for mentioned schools? Can this score fully relief the low GPA?

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you; the first-round deadlines have kept me tied up. I think you misread by post. I don't think your GMAT score disqualifies you for admission to these schools; I just think it's slightly lower than their average scores. A 700 GMAT score would improve your odds of admission slightly, but not by a lot. A increase of 40 points or more would make a bigger difference. But you have a chance even with the score you have.
